Eligibility for Refund/Exchange
You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
Products returned or exchanged due to a defect, wrong item, or damage during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been opened, used or not in their original condition will not qualify.
Some hygiene/beauty items may be non-returnable once opened (as per specific product details).
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect—processing times may vary by bank.
Shipping or delivery fees are not refundable, unless the error is on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Exchanges
You may exchange for the same product or another of equal value (any price difference will be addressed).
Additional shipping fees may apply based on your location and the item chosen.
How to Request

Once approved, follow the instructions provided to ship the item back.
Returns are accepted only after we receive and inspect the product.
