- Delivery to Cairo and Giza is our fastest, with extended delivery times for other regions.
- Delivery Timeframes
- Cairo & Giza: approximately 1–3 business days from dispatch.
Note: Delivery may take longer during public holidays, promotional periods, or for pre-order items.
- Order Processing
- Orders placed before our daily cut-off time (e.g., 5 PM) on a business day will be processed the same day.
- You will receive confirmation and (if available) tracking information once your order ships.
- Shipping Fees
- Fees are calculated based on your location and the weight/size of your order.
- Free delivery promotions may apply when minimum order value is met—we’ll clearly show this at checkout.
- Failed Delivery & Returns
- If the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts and the order is returned to us, re-delivery fees may apply.
